Completing Scheduled Task/Service

Instructions on how to complete a Scheduled Task and upload evidence of completion.

Note: You will require the "Edit Maintenance Task" permission to complete this task.

In VIPER Metrics, Scheduled Tasks will be created based off of the "Expected Utilisation" and "Maintenance Interval" entered in Asset Specifications, along with SMU Data entered against the Asset. For more instructions related to "Asset Specifications" read the Article below.

Completing Scheduled Task/Service from Asset Card.

To begin, navigate to the Asset's Card and select "SCHEDULED TASKS" Tab.

All Tasks for this asset will be displayed. Filter by the Search Tags, or select the one you wish to complete.

VIPER will pre-fill the Scheduled Task information, you will be required to fill in the empty text and date fields.

Next, upload evidence of the completed task by selecting "+ EVIDENCE"

Tip: It is best practice to upload evidence of a completed task. Not only for historical information of the Asset, but also for future reporting purposes to your Client or Supplier.

Select how you would like to upload evidence.

If you select "UPLOAD NEW DOCUMENT" you will be required to follow the steps of uploading a document. Please refer to the below Article for more information.

If you select "SELECT INSPECTION" the below pop-up will appear.

Filter the date range to when the task was completed, and select the circle on the left hand side of the Inspection you wish to link to the task.

Uploaded evidence will be appear under "Completion Evidence".

To save completed task, select the tick at the bottom right hand corner.

The Scheduled Task will now appear as "Complete" on the Scheduled Task Tab.

To begin, navigate to the Maintenance drop-down on the left hand side and select "SCHEDULED TASKS".

You will be re-directed to a list of overdue and uncomplete tasks. You can filter by Search Tags, or simply select on the task you wish to complete.

Next, upload evidence of the completed task by selecting "+ EVIDENCE"

Tip: It is best practice to upload evidence of a completed task. Not only for historical information of the Asset, but also for future reporting purposes to your Client or Supplier.

Uploaded evidence will be appear under "Completion Evidence".

To save completed task, select the tick at the bottom right hand corner.

The Scheduled Task will disappear from the main page. If you wish to view the completed task, update the filter at the top of the page to "Show Completed only".
