How to Update an Asset's Maintenance Scheduling

Instructions on how to change Maintenance Scheduling parameters like Service Interval or Expected Utilisation

Note: You will require the "Edit Assets" permission to access this feature

In VIPER Metrics, Maintenance Scheduling is a part of the Asset Specifications. For more information on Asset Specifications, please see the below Article.

To edit an Asset's Maintenance Schedule, first navigate to the Asset Register and select the Asset you wish to add update.

Option 1)

The Asset information popup will appear, scroll down to the bottom and select the pencil icon to edit.

Next, on the left hand side, add in the "Service Interval", "Service Kit Lead Time" and "Expected Utilisation".

Once updated, select the tick at the bottom right hand corner to save.

Option 2)

Select the final below tab at the top right hand side.

The below screen will appear

Next, hover over the Maintenance Scheduling Section and select the pencil icon that appears.

Each line item will now be editable by selecting the related pencil icon.

The below popup will appear, edit as required and select the tick at the bottom right hand corner to save.

To disable editing, select pencil icon with the strike-through.
