Note: You will require the "Edit Maintenance Task" permission to complete this task.
In VIPER Metrics, Scheduled Tasks will be created based off of the "Expected Utilisation" and "Maintenance Interval" entered in Asset Specifications, along with SMU Data entered against the Asset. For more instructions related to "Asset Specifications" read the Article below.
In the case where a known Scheduled Tasks is to be created, that has not been automatically generated based on utilisation or service intervals, a Maintenance Task can be created.
When using the VIPER Metrics App, navigate to the "MAINTENANCE" drop down in Menu, and select "SCHEDULED TASKS".
Select the "+ MAINTENANCE TASK" button,
A pop up will appear, complete the required information:
Tip:
A Scheduled Task is a task that is created and completed once, no follow on tasks will automatically be generated.
A Service will generate future tasks once this one has been completed, if the Asset has Service Intervals selected.
Note: Either an SMU Due or a Date Due must be entered.
Once all the correct information has been ended, select the "tick" at the bottom to save.
This task has now been created and will appear on the Maintenance Schedule.
