Note: You will require the "Edit Client POs" User Permissions.

To link a PO to an Asset, go to the PO register.
Use the filters in the toolbar to refine your search.
Then, select the PO you want to link.
Two new buttons will appear below the toolbar, "Archive Selected" or "Link selected to Hire".
Click on the “Link selected to hire” button, a pop up window will appear with a drop down.
Select the Hire number or Asset number you are linking the PO to from the drop down menu.
Once selected, select "Save"
A popup window will prompt you to set it as an “Active PO” or not. Select the relevant option. (“Yes”, if it is the current PO for that invoicing month, “No” if it is a PO for future months).
A confirmation window will then appear.
Note: You are able to select multiple POs to link to a Hire at once, simply check all the POs that apply.
If you would like to check all the POs linked to a Hire. Go to the “Hire Register”.
Tip: Remember to use the filters to make searching quicker.
Open the hire and scroll across to the PO section.
Here you can see the current PO active on that Hire.
You can also check any POs that are linked to this Hire. Click on this button to open the pop up window that will show all the linked POs.

This screen shows all linked POs but also indicates which PO is currently active on the Hire, this is the one with the full coloured circle with a tick in it.
