To update a Hire’s “Active PO”, go to the “Hire Register” and select the Hire you want to update.
Remember to use the filters to make this quicker.
Tip: Remember to use the filters to make searching quicker.
Click on the Hire to open the information of this Hire.
Scroll to the right until you find the PO fields (in the Hire section).
Select the PO number to update the “Active/Live” PO
A window will popup with all the POs for the Client. Remember to use your filters to streamline this search process.
Select the PO that you want to update as the Active/Live PO.
Click the Select button on the bottom right hand to change this to the new Active PO.
You can see that the PO has now been updated to the New one you selected.
Tip: If you want to view all the POs that have been linked to a Hire. Simply click on the “Linked POs". A popup window that will show all the POs linked to this Hire.
