Maintenance Review

A guide on how to navigate the Maintenance Review.

The Maintenance Review provides Users with a means to assess the status of their Company or Projects within VIPER, offering insights into any Maintenance issues that may need attention.

To begin, select the "MAINTENANCE" drop down in the menu and select "REVIEW".

The review page defaults the dates to the previous week. Users can filter this by selecting the calendar icon, select the relevant date, and select "APPLY"

Users can filter by Project. To do this, select the Project's drop down and select the relevant Project. To view all Projects, leave unselected.

Next, select the search icon.

The first section will provide an overview of all Scheduled Tasks that fell within this time period. At the top right corner, you can filter to tasks that are due, complete and overdue.

The following section will show all new, closed and overdue Defects within the time period.

Note: A Defect will only be flagged as overdue if a planned completion date has been entered. Otherwise, the Defect will say "Not Planned". This would be a good opportunity to plan the outstanding Defects.

The final section will outline all Events that occurred within the date ranges. At the top right corner, you can filter to Events that are new, closed or open.

To export this review, select the PDF icon located at the top of the page next to the search icon.
