In VIPER, you can update the permissions a User holds.
Note: To create and Edit Roles you must have the "Edit Users" permission
Navigate to the "User Register" under Menu.
Next, select the User that requires their role to be updated.
A pop-up will appear with the User's information. To edit the User, select the red pencil icon located at the bottom right hand corner.
Next to "User Roles", it will state the role they already hold. To change, select the drop down arrow and select the new relevant role.
Tip: For a quick overview of Role permissions, select the "USER ROLES" under the menu on the left hand side.
To save, select the red tick icon at the bottom right hand corner.
The User's new Role has now been updated.
