Note: You will require the "Edit Defects" permission to access this.
When using the VIPER Metrics App, navigate to the "MAINTENANCE" drop down in Menu, and select "DEFECTS" or in the Defects Tab with in the Asset View of the Asset Register.
All open Defects will show on this page. To filter through data, use the drop down tabs located at the top of the page.
To see more details once a Defect has been created, select the Defect title at the top of the Defect listed.
The follow page will appear with an overview of the Defect. If you would like to see it as a full page, click the expandable cross icon at the bottom.
At the bottom left hand corner, there will be a list of any changes that have been made to the Defect since the it was originally created.
Updates can be added by selecting "NEW UPDATE" icon, this will also show on the Operator App to ensure the Operators are aware of the Defect's progress.
At the top of this section, you will be able to break the Defect further to track Parts and additional costings.
