User Roles are templates that determine what access a User has with in VIPER. Each Role is made up of Permissions that allow specific access to a certain function within VIPER.
To create a new Role in VIPER Metrics, navigate to the 'USER ROLES' under the USER drop down in the Menu bar.
Note: You will require the "Edit User" permission to create or Edit Roles.
The below pop-up will appear outlining all Roles currently created.
Select the '+ ADD ROLE' button to create a new Role.
Next, type in the new Role title and select the permissions the Role will require on VIPER Metrics.
Once completed, select the red tick icon located on the bottom right.
This Role will now show in USER ROLES and can be allocated to Users.
