How to Add Your Company Logo to the Login Page

Why Add Company Branding?

Adding your company logo to the login page creates a professional, branded experience for your team. When users log in, they'll see your logo alongside the VIPER interface, confirming they're in the right place.

How to Upload Your Logo

  1. Go to Settings

  2. In the Company Branding & SSO Settings panel, click Upload Logo

  3. Select your logo file

  4. Click Save Settings


How to Remove Your Logo

  1. Go to Settings

  2. In the Company Branding & SSO Settings panel, click Remove Logo

  3. Click Save Settings


Common Questions

"Can I add branding without restricting authentication?"

Yes. Simply upload your logo, keep the authentication method set to Allow Any Method, and leave the Allowed Email Domains field empty. Your logo will appear on the login page without any login restrictions.

"What size should my logo be?"

We recommend 200 x 80 pixels for best results. Logos larger than 400 x 200 pixels will be automatically resized.

"Which file format works best?"

All three formats (PNG, JPG, SVG) work well. Use PNG or SVG if your logo has a transparent background.

"Where does the logo appear?"

Your logo appears on the VIPER login page after users enter their email address and the system detects they belong to your organisation.
