Issue: A new User has not received an email with login details.
There are some possibilities as to why this has occurred.
The User still has an active account with another company.
There is a typo with the email address added to their User details.
"No" was selected when the popup asked if login credentials are to be sent now.
If it is the first reason, please reach out to your Client Experience team via the chat box in your app for assistance.
If it is the second, follow these steps:
Click on the User you have just created.
Scroll to the bottom and select the edit icon, then make the required changes and save.
Open the User card again, scrolling to the bottom and select the "key" icon for a password reset.
They will receive an email with a new password (have them their check spam inbox just incase)
If it is the third, please follow these steps:
Click on the User you have just created.
Scroll to the bottom and select the "key" icon for a password reset.
They will receive an email with a new password (have them their check spam inbox just incase)
