The Service Board is used to forecast and manage upcoming services across all Assets, through the use of SMUs, expected utilisation units and service intervals.

Start by navigating to the Service Board from the Maintenance Drop-down in the Menu.

To open the Asset’s information card, click on the Asset ID.

To update the Asset’s SMU reading manually, click on the current reading.

Note: This will automatically happen any time an SMU reading is recorded (for example from a Digital Inspection / Prestart or Telematics)

To see the last completed service information and evidence, select here.

To plan or complete the next service, select here.

To view the current Defects associated with this Asset, click this icon.

To quickly understand how many of the open Defects are open for each category, view the numbers here.

For example, this Asset has 1 x Category 1 Defect, and 1x Category 2 Defect currently open.
