The Maintenance Metrics Report is an advanced analytical tool designed to deliver deeper insights into Asset performance, with a strong focus on downtime, maintenance effectiveness, and utilisation. It provides Users with a means to assess the key indicators such as Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), as well as distinguishing between Planned and Unplanned downtime. Together, these help to identify performance trends, supports preventative maintenance planning, and reduces unplanned downtime.
To begin, select the "ANALYTICS" drop down in the menu and select "MAINT. METRICS".
Firstly, complete the information required in STEP 1, selecting the desired dates and Project for your report.
Next, click Review Events on STEP 2.
The system will automatically search and display all events within the selected date range to the specific Project. Review the "Included in Metrics" column.
Tip: Ensure all the data you want displayed is selected as this column determines whether an event will be part of the report's calculations. If you want to exclude an Event, untick the box next the the Event.
This can also be done while creating the Event, buy ticking the exclude box.
Set the method of the data you would like to display: 24-hour Utilisation and/or Percentage of Expected Utilisation.
Proceed to STEP 3, search the selected data.
