When you reach a question that is related to a Defect you have identified, select the triangle icon with the '!'. A list of known Defects will be shown.
Tip: The list of Defects will be filtered to according to the System which the question relates to. This can be cleared to show all the Defects if required.
If it is an already existing Defect, select from the available option. If it is a new Defect, select the "+ DEFECT" icon.
Add Defect details, then select the tick icon.
NOTE: The “Closed Defect?” option is to clear an older defect that has previously been rectified (but not logged in the system).
If this is an ongoing defect, once the initial defect has been entered, it will remain as an option to select in future.
