Note: You will require the "Edit Prestarts" permission to access this.
In VIPER Metrics, Prestarts can be completed digitally on the Operator App, or by entering in Data into the main VIPER Metrics system.
To enter Data from a Paper Prestart, navigate to the Operations drop-down on the left hand side and select "PRESTARTS"
Next, select the "+ PRESTART" icon located at the top right hand side.
A pop-up will appear, select the dropdown and choose the Asset related to the Paper Prestart.
Begin completing all valid text and date fields, starting from the top working your way down.
Note: As you are entering in the shift date, VIPER will try and source the last Digital Prestart and SMU Reading entered.
If the SMU Data entered does not seem to align with the previous entry or expected shift hours, VIPER will provide a notification prompting you to recheck the Data.
If the paper Prestart contains identified Defects, select "Yes" for the final question.
All current Defects related to that Asset will appear below the Prestart information.
If it is a re-identified Defect, select the circle in the right hand corner of the Defect tile.
If it is a new Defect, please refer to the following Article.
Once finalised, select the tick at the bottom right hand corner.
A pop-up will appear, select "YES" to submit.
