Open the Operator App.
Select "NEW INSPECTION".
NOTE: Ensure you have updated data.
Select the dropdown bar and select the relevant inspection type and shift.
Choose the relevant Asset and fill in the SMU Hours.
Note: SMU readings are required before selecting or adding Defects
When you reach a question that is related to a Defect you have identified, select the triangle icon with the '!'. A list of known Defects will be shown.
Tip: The list of Defects will be filtered to according to the System which the question relates to. This can be cleared to show all the Defects if required.
If it is an already existing Defect, select from the available option. If it is a new Defect, select the "+ DEFECT" icon.
Add Defect details, then select the tick icon.
Ensure the relevant Defect is selected, then press "SAVE SELECTED".
NOTE: If the Defect is a Category 1, it will flag for a supervisor to be contacted before proceeding.
Complete the remainder of the inspection, and select the tick at the bottom right hand corner to save.
If you have missed any questions, VIPER will prompt you to complete or save for later completion
