Why Isn't My Data Updating?

Quick instructions on how to update Data on the VIPER Operator App.

If you are finding that the data you are seeing in the app doesn't seem to be the most up to date, its probably because you haven't downloaded the latest data.

Tip: Updating data requires an internet connection which is why this is a manual process, so that you can decide when is the best time to do it.

Open the VIPER Operator App.

Select the "Updata Data" icon on your home screen.

Remember to do so at least once a day at the start of a shift.

This will ensure all previous data is fetched and new data is uploaded.
