Issue: Can't see an Asset when starting a digital Prestart.
Try these fixes:
Ensure "Update Data" has been selected with an internet connection.
Verify the Asset is active (not archived).
Verify the Asset is assigned to the same Project as you.
Still can't find the correct Asset?
Try closing out of the app completely.
Final troubleshooting option:
Try deleting the app and reinstalling from your device's app store.
IMPORTANT: If you reach this step, ensure all their inspections and prestarts on that device have successfully been synced, otherwise this data will be lost.
