In VIPER Metrics, SMU data can be uploaded from manual data entry, Digital Inspections/Prestarts, and Telematics. When starting out or adding a new Asset, a bulk SMU upload can help get data into VIPER more efficiently.
There are two locations within VIPER that this information can be uploaded. The first is from the Assets' Card on the Asset Register and the second is from the SMU Reading Tab on the main menu.

Begin by navigating to the Asset register
Navigate to the SMU tab of the desired Asset
Select "BULK UPLOAD"
Download the template
Open the spreadsheet template from your device's downloads.
Begin to enter SMU Data into the spreadsheet.
Save the spreadsheet to device, and upload in VIPER Metrics.
Next, submit the Data.
You will receive an email reporting the status of the upload.

Begin by navigating to the SMU Readings Page.
Select "BULK UPLOAD"
Download the template
Open the spreadsheet template from your device's downloads.
Begin to enter SMU Data into the spreadsheet.
Save the spreadsheet to device, and upload in VIPER Metrics.
Next, submit the Data.
You will receive an email reporting the status of the upload.
